Inspirational Parma food masters

Without the close relationship we have with our producer team we would have nothing to share with you. A special thanks to the Medici and Conti families. You will rarely meet better, more hard working people than these.

The city of love among the few

Without this remarkeable city and her oft times challenging neighbors, none of this would quite be the same. Our familiy of Conforti are among the many who made this day possible. Toiling the land, and loving the produce.

Superb Food Tour in Parma
Our family of 4 took a half-day tour with Angelo, visiting a Parmigiano cheese factory and a Prosciutto factory. It was a truly enjoyable morning as Angelo was a most polished guide, sharing his knowledge about the famous Parma foods and with it, the history and culture of the people of Emilia-Romagna region. Angelo also brought us to lunch at a charming hill-top restaurant in a vineyard and introduced us to the speciality of the local cuisine. We will highly recommend this tour!

Educational, delicious, and scenic
We had such a wonderful time on the tour with Angelo. His passion and knowledge made our whole day. He makes you feel as though he is seeing the facilities for the first time with you. Not only did we learn a lot, but we also felt we were able to experience the culture of the Emelia region in a way we never would have if not for the tour. We highly recommend the tour, which also includes a stop for a gourmet lunch on a lovely hillside.

Amazing food tour with the best local tour guide imaginable.
We loved this tour, especially our guide Angelo. He grew up in the Parma area and has great passion for and knowledge of the area and it's beautiful products. We visited local factories and farms and saw the process from beginning to end to make Parmigiano Reggiano, Prosciutto de Parma and Balsamico Tradittonal. And of course tasting every step of the way. Everything is as described on the website, and in my opinion, what made this tour so special was Angelo, and the producers he introduced us to. All the food was wonderful, and the true star (other than Angelo) was the balsamic. We have eaten (and worked at) some of the most respected restaurants in the states, and the true Balsamico Traditional that we tasted on this tour is as good if not better than anything we have ever tasted. It really was that good. We highly recommend this tour for Angelo and for the wonderful local producers in Parma doing it the right way.
