Ingredients per portions 2 mozzarella cheese, cut into 8 slices 8 slice(s)

sundried tomatoes in oil 8 leaves basil 8 slice(s)

Prosciutto di Parma some olive oil


Place onto each mozzarella slice a slice of sundried tomato and a basil leaf. Wrap with a slice of prosciutto di Parma.

In a saucepan, heat the oil. Fry the mozzarella wraps over medium heat from both sides, until crispy. Serve with white bread.
