Strawberries, Pears and Parmesan

This recipe will be best if you use a “traditional” balsamic vinegar.


Combine whole strawberries with thinly sliced pears in a bowl and leave at room temperature for 30-60 minutes.

Add shavings of Parmigiano Reggiano

Serve with the Balsamico finally drizzled atop.
